Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation:

– Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the first night’s stay.

2. Group Bookings:

– For group bookings of five rooms or more, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date to avoid penalty charges.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in for group bookings will be subject to a penalty charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings:

– Some promotional rates or special offers may be non-refundable and require full pre-payment at the time of booking.
– Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified, and the full amount will be charged in the event of cancellation or no-show.

4. Refund Process:

– Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
– Any applicable refund fees or charges imposed by third-party booking platforms or payment processors will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Modification Policy:

– Changes to existing reservations, including dates, room types, or guest names, may be allowed subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
– Modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.

6. Force Majeure:

– In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or travel restrictions, Hotel Dhruv Palace reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without penalty.
