Terms and Conditions



1. Reservation and Payment Policies:

– Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservations team directly.
– Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept UPI and cash payments.
– A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon check-in.


2. Check-in and Check-out:

– Check-in time is at 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
– Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.


3. Cancellation Policy:

– Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged the first night’s stay.


4. Occupancy and Extra Guests:

– Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
– Maximum occupancy per room is according to the room you select.


5. Smoking and Pet Policies:

– Hotel Dhruv Palace is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in public areas.
– Pets are not allowed at our hotel, with the exception of service animals.


6. Amenities and Services:

– Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
– Breakfast is not included in all the room rate and served accordingly in our restaurant.
– Room service is available for limited hours.
– Parking is available on-site for guests, subject to availability.


7. Liability and Responsibility:

– Hotel Dhruv Palace is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
– Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay.


8. Privacy Policy:

– Hotel Dhruv Palace respects guest privacy and complies with all data protection laws. Guest information is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing hotel services.


9. Safety and Security:

– Emergency procedures and evacuation plans are posted in each room and throughout the hotel.
– Guests are expected to adhere to hotel rules and regulations to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.


10. Special Requests:

– Guests with special requests, such as room preferences or dietary requirements, are encouraged to inform the hotel in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests.
